Not horrible, but far away from awesome. Many things appear to be in need of service. Room lacking a microwave. Again not a earth shattering discovery, but for the price of the stay, you would expect to see something that even 69 dollar a night flea bag hotels have. If you need a place to crash it will do, but it's not going to be high on my list for a repeat stay.

Very helpful and polite staff, we had a beautiful view of the river and bridge. Luckily we were there for the awesome Christmas Parade and saw all from our window and got great pictures !!! The only thing we've never not had in a room is a microwave other than that everything was fine.

Totally amazing and warm welcome. The room had an amazing view if the St. John's River. I suggest asking fir room 211 to have that amazing view. The room is convenient to carry your pet down to take to outside, walk across the street, and sit on a bench to fall into a peaceful place along the river. The sunrise and sunset is amazing to watch.

I couldnt change the air conditioning to a higher temp to warm the room . I solved it by putting a pillow over the air vent and pulling curtains over the vent . Would have like to have had a microwave in the room but had coffee pot and fridge

I am a Hilton diamond member.... and as such I couldn't ask for much more other than a concierge, what you may get in the very expensive Hilton. But don't misunderstand... I felt like I was at a very high priced Hilton with a beautiful close-up view of the St. JOHNS RIVER from my room. The premises are immaculate and room rate was very good. This Hampton is head and shoulders above others and I find other Hampton Hotels very nice and acceptable. Blown away! Congrats to the owner... manager and staff.

The staff were super friendly . They put a welcome message on the tv screen for you when you check in . There was a cofee pot and fridge and plenty of storage if need be .

Nestled back up against the St. John’s river this Hampton takes advantage of the views. We walked downtown (which seems to be stuck in the past) was closed by 6 with only one restaurant open… Mexican .. yum! The marina was quiet and the manatees were swimming. The room was typical for Hampton: comfortable, quiet and affordable. Breakfast was hot and kept full.

First off, I’ll start by saying that the staff were AMAZING! Super friendly, attentive, professional, etc. With that said….there were other things left to be desired. Especially considering that I paid nearly $200 for one night. First off, the room smelled musky. The carpet was sticky. Which was weird. The pool was FILTHY! Which was super disappointing because that’s why we stayed there in the first place. I could have stayed with family, but we wanted to enjoy a pool. There were bugs all in the pool, and not just a few, hundreds of dead bugs just floating around. The fence surrounding the pool was also coated in the same bugs. Just not what you expect for the price of this place. I absolutely loved the view and the room was comfortable enough. Could be a fantastic place with a little more time, effort, and attention to detail.
